Abstract

ÀÌ ¿¬±¸´Â Äڷγª ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º °¨¿°Áõ-19°¡ Ä¡°úÀû ¿Ü»ó ȯÀÚ ¼ö¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ºÐ¼®Çϱâ À§ÇØ ¼öÇàµÆ´Ù. °Ç°­º¸Çè½É»çÆò°¡¿øÀÇ º¸°ÇÀÇ·áºòµ¥ÀÌÅÍ°³¹æ½Ã½ºÅÛ¿¡¼­ Á¦°øÇÏ´Â ÀڷḦ ±âÁØÀ¸·Î 2010³âºÎÅÍ 2020³â±îÁö ¹ß»ýÇÑ Ä¡°úÀû ¿Ü»óÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Äڷγª ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º °¨¿°Áõ-19 ¹ß»ý ÀÌÈÄ 10¸¸ ¸í´ç Ä¡°úÀû ¿Ü»ó ¹ßº´·üÀº 2017³âºÎÅÍ 2019³â±îÁöÀÇ Æò±Õ ¹ßº´·ü¿¡ ºñÇØ °¨¼ÒÇß´Ù.
¿¬·Éº°·Î´Â 0 - 4¼¼ 5.4%(p = 0.017), 5 - 9¼¼ 30.3%(p < 0.001), 10 - 14¼¼ 39.5%(p < 0.001), 15 - 19¼¼ 14.5%(p = 0.002), 20 - 29¼¼1.3%, 40 - 49¼¼ 0.2%, 50 - 59¼¼ 2.7%, 60¼¼ ÀÌ»ó 1.2% °¨¼ÒÇßÀ¸¸ç 30 - 39¼¼´Â 2.5% Áõ°¡Çß´Ù. ¿ùº° º¯È­·Î´Â Äڷγª ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º °¨¿°Áõ-19 ½Å±Ô È®ÁøÀÚÀÇ ÆøÁõÀ» ÀüÈÄ·Î Ä¡°úÀû ¿Ü»ó ȯÀÚÀÇ ¼öµµ ±Þ°¨Çß´Ù.
Äڷγª ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º °¨¿°Áõ-19 ¹ß»ý ÀÌÈÄ Ä¡°úÀû ¿Ü»óÀÇ ¹ßº´·üÀº 20¼¼ ¹Ì¸¸ÀÇ ¿¬·É±º¿¡¼­ À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô °¨¼ÒÇßÀ¸³ª, 20¼¼ ÀÌ»óÀÇ ¿¬·É±º¿¡¼­´Â À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô °¨¼ÒÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.

The study was conducted to analyze the impacts of COVID-19 on the number of dental trauma patients. Based on the data provided by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service¡¯s Healthcare Bigdata Hub, dental trauma which occurred from 2010 to 2020 was analyzed.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the incidence of dental trauma per 100,000 decreased compared to the average Incidence between 2017 to 2019. By age, it decreased by 5.4% (p = 0.017) for 0 - 4 years old, 30.3% (p < 0.001) for 5 - 9 years old, 39.5% (p < 0.001) for 10 - 14 years old, 14.5% (p = 0.002) for 15 - 19 years old, 1.3% for 20 - 29 years old, 0.2% for 40 - 49 years old, 2.7% for 50 - 59 years old, 1.2% for 60 years old or older, but it increased by 2.5% for 30 - 39 years old. Compared monthly, before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 confirmed patients, the number of dental trauma patients dropped sharply.
After the outbreak of COVID-19, the incidence of dental trauma decreased significantly for under 20 years old, but the decrease was not significant for 20 years old or older.
